You can’t use a custom Gamerpic on Xbox One because Gamerpics are associated with your Microsoft account, and not your Xbox One console.
First, open the Xbox app on your phone.Then, select “Profile.”From there, tap “Change gamerpic.”Finally, select “Upload a photo” and choose the picture you want to use.

To change your Gamerpic on the Xbox 2020 app, first open the app and sign in. Then, select your profile in the top left corner of the screen. Next, select “Change Profile Picture” and choose the picture you want to use.
Xbox doesn’t allow custom profile pictures because it could lead to identity theft.
Xbox usually takes a few days to verify a profile picture.
There could be a few reasons why you’re unable to change your profile picture on the Xbox app. One possibility is that you don’t have permission to make changes to the account. Another reason may be that your picture hasn’t been uploaded yet. If you’re using an Xbox One, your profile picture will automatically update once it’s been uploaded to the cloud. If you’re using an Xbox 360, you’ll need to manually upload your picture using a computer.
It can take up to 24 hours for your Gamerpic to change.
You can change your Gamerpic as many times as you want, but you can only have one Gamerpic at a time.
You can change your Xbox gamertag as many times as you want.
